Although gamma was cool because you could pick and choose and mod it how you wanted so easily and I made a lot of my own tweaks, I even fixed some bugs in the other mods themselves, but no, I'm glad they didn't have that BS in here.
That said, I definitely think they could improve the survival aspect of the game a little bit more though. It would be more immersive honestly if enemies dropped personals more so than just pdas and weapons and stuff. Personally, I really liked that aspect in misery and anomaly and all those
Without a doubt this game will be [even more] incredible once modded to the death.
Same thing, did you noticed all the bags on display by the traders?
Yeah, I was in Rostok the other day and was like "Wooaah".
i'm waiting for the mods to fix save/crash and to finish the game... it's like fallout. you need the mods to play.
I think Rostok is cool, i spent alot of time there and now you have all the areas previously "denied" free to explore. I like the "teleport sphere" cool one.
Agree. This can be altered however, i see this game as vessel/vehicle for mods to mount onto it. Same like the previous games. Something will be added by devs in its lifecicle and majority will be done by community. Remember GAMMA is work of hundreds of passionate moders over the span of decades. You cant fool time.
the stalker 2 story is much better, the branching for story and side mission's is incredibly cool even if its a little shallow in some places.
Stalker Gamma is really a better thought-out game than Stalker 2 in terms of survival. And I can tell you that I know what I'm talking about because I finished the game in scavenger mode.
After all, Stalker 2 is also a game...
For people who are new to Stalker, and I don't think they've created a game with the idea of psychologically destroying new players.
So, yeah, the crafting system was super cool and also the health system which was innovative and pretty funny (looking after six limbs is always fun in the middle of a fight )with the side effects of anything that can be medicated . And I'm a bit sad that there are so many survival elements missing. Like looting mobs, for example. Or, as you say, dismantling parts. But behind that... You can see that they've
Don't forget the game's animation.
But nothing at all on the optimisation side....
