That pulsating bubble in the lake, that pulls you towards it. I'm still in the Lesser Zone, though and haven't seen much.

That anomaly actually has one of the most useful artifacts you can get.
Stay behind cover and only move when the bubble is expanding.

Get the ball near the ambulance if you haven't already. it reduces bullet damage and has no downsides

I'm 30 hours in and I've barely scratched the surface with the quests. The weirdball anomaly is the only one I have so far. Just been free roaming around checking things out.
