No fast travel?
Am I missing something or we dont have any chance to fast travel between regions/settlements? I've played the good ol stalker but it was like 15 years ago and I cant remember if we had the option back there. I get it to mantain the "vibe" but running simulator gets boring after a certain amount of hrs :D

You do, but you have to have discovered the locations (bases) first. Look for the 'crosshairs' icon for the guide. Costs k1500 usually (or less of the faction is friendly (green).

there are guids in every major settelment and some anomalies also teleport you
