This mod contains several files, each modifying one moster type, so you can pick.
to quote the mod description:
Fighting two at a time is stupid as you can get knocked down by his lunge attack and before I get up I die to 2nd one immediately attacking me.
Can edit the creatures hit points etc.... Some one has a mod already. Gamma pack?
Obviously a patch would be better but the mod is an easy fix.
Id rather see enemys take cover, engage me smartly.. heck i feel like the dogs in Stalker 1 has more sense of survival than any enemy in stalker 2.
So please, smarter ai, not bullet sponge
In the games' defense, bloodsuckers were always OP as hell in the other games. Why they increased their tankiness in this game is mind boggling because I seem to recall in-lore, they are essentially decaying/dying from the inside constantly, which makes them squishy. Hence why they suck blood.
You are correct on all counts. However I don't recall fighting 5 bloodsuckers at the same time in the Shadow
the enemies do not behave like they are supposed to. bloodsuckers need more attack types instead of ones that insta-stun you over and over again; psydogs need a cooldown to prevent themselves from constantly spawning more mirages, and regular dogs need to have better pack AI
almost all other mutants have similar problems but they are far less annoying than psydogs and blood suckers by far
mutants should be scary, not annoying
Fair enough. I don't think I ever encountered that many in any of the previous games all at once. At most I always ran into like 1-2 in them as iirc, they were supposed to also be rare sights. So either the games AI is bugged out and is wigging out, or it's something else. Considering that I will literally be standing still and an enemy NPC spawns in right in front of me as I just dropped one before, it leads me to believe that it is the former.
