are the fog places made for DLC or can you access them ?

I went north of Garbage zone and there is a fog . i got to the gate said closed and there is a wall . i just wonder if this ever going to open

some fog areas seems to be zones we can explore i think if its a fog you cant see a zone around it prob not there atm. i feel those zones are for 2 DLC they were talking about .

yes maybe its unlocks as you progress in story and it part of map that desgined for story . but i cant find answer. anyway world as it stand is so damn big fact i have to walk most of them . fast travel is really kinda limited so tbh size of world fit fine . btw i hate walking in water its like stand still experience

GTA5 but we have no cars or easy fast travel besides those guides and funny thing in some places guide only unlocks as you you progress with the faction . i thought i had a bug with moon ex monlith people but guide only unlocked once i progressed enough with them . now he offer me fast travel . those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ refuse to trade with me beside that one trader on other side of island in cordon . i just realized they dont trade with stalker haha

oh cool i will have to venture to south of cordon and check it myself . i am already there due to the quest from the moon trader i prob spend good 20 hours in cordon by look of it haha
