Recommended settings for 1080ti ?

Just curious if anyone had any suggestions for FPS improvement.
Most of my settings defaulted to high, but I'm noticing dips often when playing.
Does anyone know which settings affect framerate the most?

Have you tried FSR frame generation, or changing the resolution scaling options to improve performance?

Just turn it down to medium or low.... you can run any game in the 2020s with a 1000 series don't listen to them.

Funnily enough I was using a 980 Ti until a few months ago with very few problems. Only a few games really needed newer cards.

If 1080ti users have not been arrogant maybe i felt some pitty. But 1080ti owners are pure arrogance ppl. The 1080ti is old and lacks all the changes NVIDIA made in the last 8 years.

Upgrading to a 30xx series at least in 2024.

no need to upgrade, do not listen to these two clowns and play Metro Exodus, is better than this piece of unfinished crap, UE4/5 makes all the GPUs ♥♥♥♥ themselves, so if you gonna upgrade your GPU, which why the ♥♥♥♥ would you do that if that ♥♥♥♥ is still running fine (if you bought it new, as an original owner I envy you) you will still experience stutters... on my 4060 which is a little better than your GPU I should be able to play this game on medium settings/1080p60fps on native, without the stupid upscaling and frame generation stuff, that is on paper, in real, even guys with 4080S and 7900 XTX are experiencing stutters with this game because on some areas (the town) it hits your CPU hard.

use fsr and turn everything with lightning and shadows to low , texture settings could work on max because of 11gb ram

Sorry to say this but he is completely right. We got to the point where a 1080 ti cannot run anything. It's completely a dead card.

Beware of 1080ti ex or current owners. They tend to attack everybody and won t agree even if you say the truth, just because they got broke spending all the money they had in 2016/2017 for a videocard. They think they are special.

Dont have the Game but im Pretty sure it will be DLSS
And the Game seems to eat up videomemory like crazy,dont know if you 1080ti can manage more than 1080p resolution. If the vram is full it will become a stutterfest

Well if that's the case they are delusional. I have a second computer with a 1060 ti, and it cannot run ♥♥♥♥ tbh... It's completely worthless, it's even struggling to open Chrome lmao.

Knowing UE5. Honestly just try to tinker around and perhaps install some of those FPS boost mods from Nexusmods.
