Cant talk to Roosevelt? After side mission
Am i missing something? I done the side mission to get the pass from Borodulin after he tries to shoot me. I then sneak into Roosevelts office and he starts shooting straight away? I thought there was an option to talk to Roosevelt first to not shoot him?

Same thing is happening to me. It's gotta be a bug, right, because the game even autosaves when you get into his office, and he just guns you down as soon as you load back in.

Yeah, I did everything right. I think a bug for sure.

I had to skip it and go back a save and just go kill Varan and get the key.

Same here, Unfortunately there will be a main quest "Act of Mercy" where you can (or have to?) talk to Roosevelt. I hope that this quest will not soft lock the game.

Yeah same. Best of luck stalkers! Hopefully devs know of this, im sure their bug reporting system has alot of people spamming it with the same bugs.

Sup fellers, install dev console via Nexus mods and try typing this: XResetQuestBySID E03_MQ03

Kinda messed up the logs but helped me to get the dialog!
