Please allow sell of damaged guns
It is strange that all the guns I am getting in the beginning seem to work great and be great for the enemies but when I see them they are red durability and jam a lot. Which honestly is fine but it seems really dumb to not be able to sell them. The costs are reduced significantly any way so why not allow selling to help with purchases for ammo, gear upgrades, or even meds? I am struggling to keep up with these as most enemies can spot me and I cant even see them and then they just shoot me from distance where I still cant see them.

i got a gun, I cant seem to find any ammo for it, the vendor does not seem to sell any in the lesser zone.

Can you not repair guns? the technician offers repairs? Also it seems the lesser zone technician cant repair more advanced weapons.

Nobody wants old busted, useless junk

Nope, leave it how it is.

Nobody wants to buy a gun at piss poor condition where a jam leaves them to a demise.

You can unload reds and sell the ammo, yellows can be sold.

You can repair gear and weapons. Repair then sell.

This seems against the spirit of the zone though. Otherwise let's import brand new shiny gun in the zone via helicopter. Let's build new building, etc.
Dunno man seems weird than equipment would not be valued even if some parts are busted

they'd have to fix it later on if you think about it and why not just buy a brand new gun then, gameplay wise its how they handle the difficulty scaling and progression, if you could pick up any gun and sell them you'd make money too fast

I think all enemies dropping some kind of gun is good. Also to combat selling any gun that it drops is good.

Quick example: you search for the nearest enemies around the technician location, kill them and sell all weapons. There is no more point to manage your inventory and can quickly get credits from those guns to make you buy everything. It will also be a quick trip and you will go with 4-5 guns over-encumbered without any issues because you are close.

The current way, you dont do that because they mostly drop reds, so you just go around and do a mission or actually go searching for hidden stuff. ( trust me if you look good enough, you can find AK47 or whatever the name with sniper scope very quickly ).

I also find myself not buying some upgrades or repair every weapon I want because of credits conservation - and I still sit with 10-15k mostly because I actively manage inventory and focusing on always carrying 1-2 guns or armor when back to technician. Also I am not using AR even if I want because its more expensive than Viper ( MP5 ) and the stats are similar for base gun.

There is one trader who will buy broken guns further on ( In Rostok one of the two gun traders who has a feud with the other exactly because he will buy crap for cheap. ). He won´t buy guns that are at 0%, but definitely anything between 25-50%. I haven´t got anything between 0-25% to test on.
