Game settings resets after restarting the game

Does anyone stumbled upon this problem?
Basically all secondary game settings (besides graphical), such as gamma, mouse sensitivity, accessibility options etc are being reset after each time i restart the game.
Kinda annoying, maybe there is a fix for that? Maybe someone could tell me which file handle those settings, so i can switch on/off "read only" option for it

upd. found it:
AppData\Local\Stalker2\Saved\GameSettings
AppliedSettings.cfg was marked as "read only", turning it off seems to fix my problem
