I hope everyone can provide more specific performance feedback, including:

1. Details of your hardware configuration
2. The graphics settings you use in the game
3. Whether you use DLSS
4. A description of your actual in-game frame rates, game stability, frame rate stability, and whether you experience any stuttering, severe frame drops, or crashes

As expected and have been said by many people the last few years, 12GB VRAM video cards are what is needed to run modern games at high settings well.

I love Hardware Unboxed but running 8 and 16GB graphics cards side by side at Epic settings like that to see the difference is pointless when the devs don't even recommended 8GB VRAM for Epic settings. Of course it's going to run poorly. You match the settings to fit your hardware, as demonstrated by other graphs shown there in the test.

Laptop RTX 4050, i5 13th gen, 16GB ddr5 - settings on Medium, Frame Gen on, DLAA.
Close to 60 FPS out in the wild, around 36 FPS in the first town. All would be fine but game will randomly drop to 7 FPS and stay like that for extended period of time until it does get back to normal performance. It's unplayable cause it happens during combat sometimes and most of the times in town.
UE5 needs massive amounts of VRAM and RAM. Same things happen in Mortal Online 2 since they upgraded to UE5 it's unplayable for me with drops to single digit FPS.
I can run Wukong on High no problem with frame gen but it's not open world so not comparable.

Update nvidia drivers, until you do no settings do much at all.

It is already done. Still runs like crap.

I have RTX card, ofc i use DLLS. Its set on DLAA mode.

Set it to cap at 72fps @ 1440p, and been super smooth so far. Not bothered about super high fps as long as it is stable and 72 is half my monitors refresh. No FSR or anything, all in-game settings maxed out.

rx6950XT, 9900X, 64Gb RAM @ 7400, M2, etc...

Had bugs but not really performance related as not pushing the game.

Hallo zusammen!
Ich habe viel herum probiert und letztlich nutze ich die Einstellungen im Video unten! Eventuell hilft es ja dem einen oder anderen! Für mich und mein System sind das die Einstellungen mit der besten Balance und den für mich nötigen FPS. Ich könnte die die Grafik auch noch weiter erhöhen, jedoch geht die Grafik-Karte dann über 84 Grad was ich nicht möchte. Mit diesen Einstellungen ist sie immer so bei 75-82 Grad.
Außerdem musst ich FSR3 und DLSS ausschalten um Konstante FPS zu bekommen! Die Skalierung geht auf ca.80% in einer Auflösung von WHQ.

Ich habe zu 95% FPS zwischen 54 und 60 was für mich wirklich ♥♥♥♥ ausreicht!

Hello everyone!
I've tried a lot and in the end I use the settings in the video below! Maybe it will help someone! For me and my system, these are the settings with the best balance and the FPS I need. I could increase the graphics even further, but then the graphics card goes over 84 degrees, which I don't want. With these settings it's always around 75-82 degrees.
I also have to turn off FSR3 and DLSS to get constant FPS! The scaling goes to around 80% in a WHQ resolution.

I have 95% FPS between 54 and 60, which is more than enough for me!

It's mixed on my side

I run the game through GeForce Now Ultimate at 1440P/Epic/DLAA. (Specs: Ryzen TR 5955WX 4Ghz 8C/8T, RTX 4080, 32GB DDR4)

Framerate goes from 70 to 120FPS but I capped it at 60FPS.

The biggest concerns I have is the micro-stuttering and visuals gets blurry when I move.

Alan Wake 2 made me ditch my 2080 ti for a 4070 ti, you may be at the same place I was.

Been toying with this idea myself for a while. Did the gpu change make a big difference?
