Should I give the icon to the stalker for the gun or take it back to the original guy.

I got the gun and this was definitely the better option on Veteran due to the low credit awards for finishing missions. You can just sell it and get more credits that way if you don't want it.

Nice spoiler. People should really start using the spoiler sub-forums to stop ruining parts of the game for others

why not both? give it the the guy near the field, then kill him and give it to the original guy? unlike most aaa game nowadays, you can do ♥♥♥♥ like that.

I tried that and I'm pretty sure it doesn't work.

it does, i did it.

just give it to him, then kill him and take it back. you can get both. the gun is definitely better than 750 coupons, but if you kill him, you can get both + a bit extra from his locked room that he drops a key for.

does Veteran lower mission rewards? the dude told me he would pay me "the amount of money for a rare artifact" but dude just ended up giving me 750...

I gave the icon to the stalker for the gun. The gun was broken with 0%, so its useless and i cant even sell it, so i shot him, looted him and gave the icon to the original guy.
Im pretty sure the gun being broken is just another bug.

Haven't played lower difficulties to confirm yet but it looks like that's the case. Some people are saying they're getting 5k for side missions and I've never got that much from one.

Economy is super broken. There's no point upgrading anything because it's a huge money sink and you get new armours relatively quickly. Costs like 60-80k to fully upgrade a suit and you find new ones all the time.

What I've been doing is using the sale exploit to get the full value of sold items JUST for artifacts and nothing else. Makes artifact hunting actually feel worth it and actually allows me to upgrade some stuff before I replace it with something new. Also gives me enough financial breathing room to actually experience side quests without being constantly anxious of losing thousands of coupons for a 750 credit reward...

In the lesser zone this is probably overkill. But I've got a sunrise suit, using an M4 + SPSA and repairing about 20% costs around 10k coupons for each.

At least it sounds like the kind of thing a mod would fix in the future, i wouldnt mind purchases being very expensive, but nerfing quest rewards and artifact sales is way too harsh. At least its fun playing "Super Kaizo Stalker" for a challenge run

How to use artifact exploit? For a full price, does it still working?
