Dangerous Visitors

Even though this is like the earliest side quest you can unlock, Im going to keep this as spoiler free as I can.

So I helped out the character Zhorik after completing the Prologue , and I hung around the area trying to find his optional mission item. Well, after hanging around for less than 5 minutes, the mission failed. Walked back to where I found him and he was dead, then I got the crap scared out of me by a dog. Anyone else have this issue, I havent reloaded or anything, just wondering if this was intentional or not lol

the ai and enemy spawning is pretty bad, could have been that a group of enemies spawned near by and killed him
