Sleeping
Are there any consequences for repeatedly advancing time? There are no benefits of sleeping other than advancing time correct?

The reason I ask is I don't like the night time cycle and would sleep to daytime every chance I get so can play and see what I am doing.

Only that you need to eat more often, if you can even count it as a downside.

More often? Pretty sure if you sleep once you'll be hungry, and if you sleep 50 times in a row you'll be the same amount of hungry if not a negligible amount more. Honestly, the hunger thing is pretty goofy and basically boils down to just a nuisance of an icon.

Not right now, no. Potentially in the future it could affect the game depending on how A-Life is handled

I haven't been able to find any place to sleep. I am looking forward to finding a way to skip nights though because it's really hard to combat unless I crank gamma, and I don't want to do it that way.

After the intro and arriving at the first safe zone with vendors there will be a bed you can use.
