Posting on behalf of my friend who wanted to help the OP out:
You need to install UETools ( https://www.nexusmods.com/stalker2heartofchornobyl/mods/64 ) to enable access to developer console.
Run the game.
In the main menu, open the console using either tilde (~) or F10 keys.
Run the following command in the console: XLoadLastSave. This is an engine command that bypasses pre-order purchase checks and loads the latest save file (IMPORTANT: emphasis on latest - if you need a specific save file loaded, you need to delete or move all the save files created past that point to a different folder - all of them can be moved back once you've restored the desired save file).
Once the game has loaded, save again to write a new save file. This allows to normally load your save file without a console command by deleting all pre-order items from the save.
Load the newly created save.
Hopefully, that resolves your problem.""
