Take shelter from emission bug

This mission is stuck on my map. Even tho it is in the completed mission journal.
Restarting doesnt help

Issue still occurs, can progress further but no more emissions occurred since the bug happened for me. Please fix.

I was able to fix it by trigerring another emission using the console: XStartEmission

I got another emission, hid and it went away but returned later.
