Trader Bruise at Garbage, how to befriend them?

You still can't trade with Bruise since his reputation is in the red, idk how to raise it tho since there are no quests related to helping the brood

It's white for me but he doesnt go back to his spot

How to get in without a fight and be able to trade with Bruise:
You need Shah's Mate. You get it as a reward for No Honor Among Thieves which is the side quest you get in the Slag Heap from the merchant. Take it to the guy guarding the door and he'll let you in without a fight, assuming you only kill Shah you can also trade with Bruise afterwards, though he runs away and sets up elsewhere.

You were able to trade with him though? So far everyone says he either roams the area with 2 guards but no trade option shows or marker is there on the map but he is nowhere to be found. What items did he have for trade? anything special?

I entered the building peacefully by having an item from another question to show the door guard. When I entered and spoke to the Shah he eventually became angry and I just shot him

The guards downstairs shout that the Shah is being attacked and they need to help him but then another voices says to not bother as they don't like him

I left the room and at least two guards stayed loyal to the Shah and I had to kill them but the rest all left the building, the trader also left and went to the gate and turned neutral but I could not interact with him

Unless the trader shows up later and sells to you I'd say this may be a bug as it's clear that by killing the Shah the game triggers a flag so that the trader and guards are meant to turn on the Shah and become their own faction but it's not triggering properly

The guy in the front of where Bruise is, vanishes for me after I talked to Varan.
But, also had an emission happen, and that seems to cause a lot of bugs for me, not sure if it's related.

Couldn't get Shah's PDA while having everyone else leave no matter what I did, while having Shah's Mate Gun in my Inventory.

EDIT: Confirmed - It is the Emission that made the doorman disappear. Emissions make A LOT of my Quest NPC's not work. Though I still have no option of making the Trader friendly after killing Shah.

Main Story leads you to these guys but if you keep the weapon to yourself and a few steps later come across Varan and end that story you wont be able to talk to them anymore, i wonder what did i miss from them weapon and armorwise. SMH i had the chance but i have overlooked it and my chance has blown.

Can anyone tell me what is he selling? Anything makes difference?

Dude what's weird is now after shooting the rest of them Bruiser ran out and some of his friends and just stood there on the edge of the building's area literally frozen. Then eventually I moved on after exploring everything and then I noticed his marker moved to this random place I think its closer to the middle-left of the map but maybe I'm remembering that wrong. But I do know it was weird because him and his friends again had looked like they were now just hanging out in this grassy field walking around in circles acting like that's there new hideout or whatever. What was weird then whenever I tried talking to him I'm pretty certain there was no option to trade or else he just said like "Buzz off I'm busy" generic response every time I tried to talk to him so I'm confused if he's just bugged or wtf is going on. Maybe I'm not deep enough into the store to trade with him yet, I dunno. Could just be another "anomaly" to add to the list... Lol
