Teleporting swamp?

i can not tell if its supposed to happen or not, when it does happen the camera goes all jank for a second then im suddenly nowhere near where i was 2 seconds ago. if its supposed to happen how am i supposed to navigate? lol

It’s definitely supposed to happen it happens in all of those buildings in the swamp but I have no clue why

if you mean the swamp, then yeah you have to go there later as part of the main quest chain.

Yeah i thought it was either a bug or some kind of puzzle to begin with. But nope its just a way to block you until you progress far enough.

Oooh, now I get it. I didn't get into those houses until I've... well, progressed far enough into the storyline, so they wouldn't work anymore.
