Warlock missions

I did a mission for Warlock to fetch a package, then selected an artifact missions but cancelled it, and now he keeps saying he already gave a mission to some rogues. I slept a handful of times and no change. Did I mess up by cancelling or is it random?

Yeah, I'm not getting any more missions from this guy. Every time I check back he said that he gave missions out to other guys and he has nothing for me.

They are on 3 or 4 in-game days refresh timer. I did one job for him right after the prologue and could do another one right before leaving Zalyssia, and I stalled for time a lot. There are tons of stupid, small frustrations like this in the game, the whole package comes off as an amateur job

It might follow a similar pattern to Artifacts respawning where its only after an Emission occuring that he will have something new for you
