If I buy this game, will it help Ukrainian effort? Will it defeat Putin?

Common sense: you will support the people that still work there, in turn they will have more money to spend and support local communities. The company also pays taxes so in turn yes, how more they make how more taxes. Every little bit helps.

Contrary to common sense:
The company also takes really good care for their employees, check making of on youtube.

their business is based in Ukraine so in essence it supports the Economy of Ukraine; so yes it does.
