I guess so. Also is there no Optinon i can Change, to fix it?

Not a bug, it's just the nature of the most realtime dynamic GI solutions (Lumen is no exception). Woods are one of the worst case scenarios for such tech for a couple of reasons. Lots of very thin vegetation/branches with very little contiguous area where samples could be accumulated. This is further exacerbated by the wind swaying making it extremely difficult to filter for the denoiser, resulting in this visible shimmering.

Have you tried to disable FrameGen?

No, Performance is bad without FrameGen, could it help? Its not everytime visble, only sometimes.

But i saw in a Video, there are some lightning Bugs with Lumen, like Raytraced said.

Played Alan Wake 2 on a 55 Inch Monitor in 4k with PT and the Lightning was almost perfect.
