What setting should i turn down to get better fps?

My fps isnt awful and im notwhere near cpu limited but the stutters are pretty bad. Im jumping from like 120 to 10 to 70 and all around with dlss and frame gen on. This is with a 4070

Unless you're one of those purists that hate the idea of mods (not sure why you would you are on pc after all) i would try a performance mod or two.

First go to Stalker 2/Stalker 2/Content/Paks and create a folder called ~mods, just drag the zipped mod file in there, don't unpack it.

Try this first, if V1 does not work then download V2 from the same page and remove V1.

Drag the engine.ini from this mod into C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Stalker2\Saved\Config\Windows

Don't forget to edit the amount of vram you have in the engine.ini.

r.Streaming.PoolSize=9216 if your 4070 have 12gb vram.


Also i assume you have already done this, don't forget the latest nvidia driver optimized for the game.
