Depends on your rig and when you update your graphics card. When you update your GPU it deletes your shader cache. Always makes UE5 games stutter for a bit after an update.
Compiling shaders runs the cpu at 100%. Run msi afterburner and see what the cpu clocks/temperatures do. Thermal throttling? If thermal throttling can Reduce PL2 in the bios to a lower limit. Will be called different things in different bioses. Can do other stuff also.
Anything at 7+ minutes is some kind of hardware bottleneck, and that's being pretty liberal with that time slot.
I love STALKER games and want everyone to play them, but if any of the above is the case for you, refund and come back to it later. Don't tarnish your experience.
