What is wrong with the performance?

i got rtx 4050 (mobile 140w) i5 13500h 32 gb ram AND SSD why do i get 8-10 fps in every settings.

First of all 4050 Mobile is the worst for any new games and try this:

I'm using following mod and it fixed a lot of spikes and memory leaks. It has some blinking textures etc, but the performance is stable at 60FPS lowest on Epic settings and DLAA.

4050 just sucks even mobile so it has lower clock then the normal one

the game isn't very optimized. it's very gpu heavy currently. one reviewer i watched was using the highest end 4090 you can buy and couldn't get over 60 fps without frame gen. with it he was getting around 80 to 100. do you have dlss turned on in the setting?

Playing at 4k? Monitor/screen resolution?

Guys... check for a bios update and might as well all updates. I was having same issue and there was a hotfix to my BIOS. I've seen others mention this.. so far I haven't had any performance dips as stated since.

i have a laptop 1920x1080 resolution and yes im in the first town with the cutscene that soldiers come in the bar
