Did not receive "early bird" Pre-order bonus from Green man gaming

Title says it all. Preordered the deluxe edition through them last week on the 12th, added it to my steam library once the code came in on the 19th. Currently only have access to the deluxe items. I've seen at least one other person with this issue on reddit and we both have support tickets pending an answer.

Anyone else with this issue on here?

I'm having the same issue. I reached out to GMG and opened a ticket and they told me.

"Thanks for your patience, by now you should have received an email with your missing pre-purchase bonus key, please check your inbox for this and let us know if you have any further issues.

We hope you enjoy the game"

I don't see the early bird patch on my backpack and I'm already at Garbage, so I feel like I'm being gaslighted here.

Yeah i got that email too and no other email containing any keys xD have replied to them stating as much

After some time, the DLC with pre-order bonuses appeared on my account, but I didn’t receive the Steam wallpaper, avatar, or avatar background.

When I logged in today it says the Early Bird package unlocked. So something is happening.

I got the message, mission and pendrive today. The quest to check my stash just appeared im my pda after getting a earlybird startup message today. They Are trying to fix it
