Hot on the Trail - Stuck from progressing

Well, im on the mission Hot on the Trail. Just visited Wild Island, and this m*********** named Filya is just blocking the way to an entrance I need to get through, I see this as the only way of progression. He was inside some other guy, in his place, and the other guy moved but Filya's just still there, in the way of the door. Am I softlocked from this quest?

the same. I didn`t choose group and got softlocked. To fixed that I loaded old save file and chose one on groups then additional quest that let me in the base.

Works perfect, thank you. I did eventually get it fixed in 20’ish minutes lol..

For those stuck at this part, you need to go to the waste processing plant and do that side mission, at the end look around for what the DR needs <there wont be a marker for this>

I'm stuck in this part, Filya stands at the door and says I can't come in.
I've tried everything and I can't do it.
