Cant accept side quests

Someone else has the problem? When i talk to a sidequest dude and accept it nothing happens, the sidequest blip is still there on the dude a talked to and i dont get the quest in my pda all of the sudden.

I was thinking the same thing as well. Come to find out, there are some "side quests" that are VERY small and local, and they won't go in your PDA. It's not a glitch, it is just a task you do on the spot while you pass through the area. You can't save these for later - I've found one that took me literally about 15 seconds to complete.

I find it irritating that it doesn't give me a marker or a PDA entry, but try to follow through with the "side quest" when this happens anyway and you may see what I'm talking about.
