Didn't really have a problem with it myself. Playing on Veteran so that bloodsucker farked my arse like 15+ times before I managed to finally kill it, cried a little bit, then scurried onwards.
I agree it's a weird decision to slap a damn bloodsucker into the tutorial though.

I finally got him after retreating into the bunker, camping the entrance and changing my AK to automatic. I guess you cannot compare the prologue of Stalker 2 to the older games.

I dealt with it by going back into the middle of the anomaly field where you had to pick up the artifact. You can cheese it on top of the rubbish in the middle.
This thing is like a mid game enemy.
But I guess we got to have a flashy intro to keep people for as long as possible so they can't refund too fast lol.

Hell I even got spooked playing Gamma because I triggered the same scripted one going the opposite direction.
same on veteran also, its quite a tough experience so far but worth it. think i have died like 41 times lol.
