Can you transfer PC Game Pass saves to Steam's version?

I'm loving the game and considering purchasing Steam's version.

I believe the GamePass cloud saves only transfer to Xbox saves. If you have saves i can try to load them on my Steam version to confirm you can upload them. Can you look here:

C:\Users\[WINDOWS USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Stalker2\Saved\

My suggestion to you is beat the game on Game Pass first, wait for the DLC to come out (With all the bug fixes) and then buy it on Steam (maybe at a discount when first DLC is released).

Yes but you may need to download xgp save game extractor to convert the gamepass files to steam saved files however with stalker I'm hearing that ut just works and you don't need to do thus. So I'd just copy and paste them if they don't work then convert the files over.

I just did it, it works, you have to put the old files (a "Data" directory and 2 .sav files) in this folder :

C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Stalker2\Saved\Steam\SaveGames
