Can't find the Kingpin?
I'm in Depot but Kingpin is nowhere to be found? Ran round 20 times, am i missing somothing?

cant find him either and somehow the npc just stand confused around

seems to be the guy named "Chornozem" although he has no useful dialog right now. Bug or not who knows. If you kill him you can take his quest PDA though
