As a player, I want to holster my weapon ONLY with the H key

Middle of a fight, you have your primary out, want to get your secondary and miss, pressing the same key, which holster your weapon and now you're fighting a mutant with your IRL anger and screaming at your screen.

Pressing the same weapon key should NOT holster weapons!

Why was this implemented. It's sooooooooooooooooooooo annoying.
