can i get help identifying the enemy

i good with the mutants i can see there bad but humans, holy hell.

what the F dose an enemy human look like vs a quest/mission giver or a shop

the dot is green when you look at them not red or white, i have put my gun away,
i approach, im dead....

what dose a friendly npc wear? i dont see any blue armbands or something to show there non-hostile. the cross hair clearly showing as green dosnt mean a dam thing

i dont want to be killing all the dam quest givers and roaming traders in the world

the game gives me no choice but to just kill every one first or constantly reload every encounter im probably missing a bunch of side quests because the game dose not seem to show what an enemy is as far as i can tell

Same here. Once red meant enemies, yellow neutral. Now I had some green dots but they started to shoot me as soon as I approached. Wtf?
