BUY STEAM VERSION, NOT GAMEPASS

I have spent the entire day on the gamepass version dealing with stuttering issues, NOT FPS ISSUES, I ended up thinking it was my PC after 10+hrs of trying every setting online and tweaking everything possible on my PC.
Figured hey ill buy the steam version for ♥♥♥♥♥ and gigs, and if its bad ill just refund it.
I boot it up on EPIC default settings and the game runs a million times better, it still have FPS dips and drops but they arent noticeable in game and Jarring\immersion breaking like before.
If you tried the game pass version and are on here making complaints (like I did) buy the steam version and give it a shot, for whatever reason it runs COMPLETELY different. If its still ass for you just refund it.
Which gives me hope that they can make it a lot better.

I think I need to try it too. The version from the gay pass constantly lowers fps to 7-8

The API used by gamepass does a bad job at 'emulating' the games they host. Everything I play on it has baked-in stutter.

Normally My experience has been solid on gamepass too, but for some reason, NO MATTER WHAT I DID, in game, in control panel, in nvidia settings I could NOT get it to stop stuttering.
I fire up the steam version, DONT CHANGE ANYTHING and it works at 140+ EPIC DLSS DLAA
Gamepass version is trash and I wouldnt bother or let it taint your view of the game, try steam first, and refund if its bad

Also NOTE: on the gamepass version my Nvidia Overlay showed a constant 160+ fps and when the stutters would occur it would drop to 90+, every second, which was immersion breaking.
On Steam Version: Overlay shows 130-144+ constantly and it actually feels good without stutters, when the FPS drops it goes from 130 to like 120, completely eliminating the stuttering, so gamepass version borked

It's a baked-in stutter caused by the analytics they run in the background. It's a small stutter every few seconds, regardless of how hard you're running your hardware.

Maybe they fixed it since I last used it?

It runs the same, I experience 2-12 frames in some specific locations that is not graphically demanding at all then buttery smooth 60-80 frames in some other locations

I'm not sure friend. Like I said I honestly never experienced an issue. I could see if you are streaming the game instead of downloading/installing it.

BUY game pass, for a month, its cheaper, you get all the games, then cancel if you feel like it.......
