Increase Stash Space?

Coming from GAMMA, it was nice having craftable boxes to organize all your stuff but it doesn't look like STALKER 2 has it yet (if it's even coming), so is there a way to increase the size of your personal storage chest that's located by the vendors? I'd really hate to get rid of the unique weapons that I've found.

Hopefully soon. In the meantime, I don't know how accurate this is, but it seems I may have circumvented the "fixed" stash size. I just tried to combine a PSO with the Drowned AK and instead of attaching the scope to the rifle, it just shoved it down a row in the storage chest creating more room. On top of that, it seems that even though whatever item you may be dropping into the box shows as a red grid, it still will accept the item into the stash and creating the necessary amount of space to fit it. Perhaps it's just been a horrible UI set up from the get go, and it actually is an infinite storage chest.

The personal stash isn't "fixed" if you fill it up, just try adding another item to it by double clicking on it, it will extend it.

Yeah I've discovered that. Clicking and dragging shows a red grid overlay and didn't initially let me place the items in but I guess it was just me. Works fine now. Been throwing almost everything into it lol.

Yeah it works kind of weird, but like you discovered, you can extend the personal stash (indefinitely?) down as long as you keep chugging new junk in there.

I miss an option to increase the visible inventory size of the personal chest. Besides that its okay.

What it needs is a bigger window and the option to organize it the way you want instead of the game reorganizing it every time you close the stash.

Yeah, it seems like a huge (small? :D) oversight by the devs - makes no sense to cut the box in half.

Either a mod will adjust that or the devs patch it someday.
