Can't get first anomaly

as in title, walk up to area where it pops out the ground but nothing happens, restarted play through and still nothing

Do you have your detector equipped? It won't appear unless you have it out.

Also experiencing this.. It worked twice but I died to a bloodsucker after picking up the artifact but now it won't show up

same but hit q and e so many time trying to lean wasted so many consumables gonna be restarting anyway so hopefully it will work/be there this time.

found solution, for me turning graphics to epic worked and it just appeared for me

I had to restart my game, then it started working again

Same it does not show up and im done for the night trying! Every time I restart it compiles shaders for another 20 min.
