Hello fellow STALKERS. I am by no means new to STALKER, though I have not played in quite some time so my memory may be fuzzy. But I have a question about mutant hunting in STALKER 2.

Mutant hunting and butchering was one of my favorite pass times in the STALKER series, but from what I have seen on YouTube. There is no butchering of mutants in STALKER 2. Is this as it seems? No mutant butchering? And if so, is it going to be added later?

I don't remember mutant butchering in any of the games except SoC (there was a mod to add it to CoP, but it was janky and didn't do anything but add another way to make money irrelevant). That said, it doesn't appear to be in Stalker 2, no.

Thanks, I had forgotten what games it showed in due to playing Anomaly for so long after finishing the base games. Guess I am going to mostly stick to that when I have the "STALKER itch." I prefer the more open ended sandbox style of Anomaly rather then a story driven sandbox to be honest.

What a bummer that I can't live out my mutant hunting fantasies in STALKER 2.
