Report a translation problem
A lot of times stutter is due to vram running out. The game has allocated 17 GB at 5K for me. Not sure how much of that it actually needs.
Huh? I've been playing most new releases at 1440P high at 100-200 FPS as long as ray tracing is off.

Try turning off light shafts, fixed it for me
