Weird movement Bug

I had a Bug that only let me walk. I couldn't lean, couldn't sprint or use X. I did reset my Keybind and that didn't help. Then I reloaded and the Bug was somehow in the savegame. I also restartet the game entirely but that didn't work either.

No it wasn't being overloaded. I also dropped everything to test.
This happened in the tunnel when finding that crew of which 2 were dead and the one wounded on the ground. The Quest later leads to the ninth monolith.

Reloaded a savegame before I entered the tunnel finally resolved this and so far I was able to continue fine. Very weird bug. Did anybody had that as well ? And were you able to fix it ?
I read that leaning fixes it but didn't for me

i just got this bug too, my reload would be a while back since i thought i was overburdened and hopped back to the store to sell my stuff, lmao.

.. nvm, i fixed it, you have to pull your gun out, lean, double tap sprint and it fixes itself. its something to do with the auto lean or when your gun goes up or down when near terrain but i was near a bush and it was bugging out i think. great to know now :/

.. nvm, i fixed it, you have to pull your gun out, lean, double tap sprint and it fixes itself. its something to do with the auto lean or when your gun goes up or down when near terrain but i was near a bush and it was bugging out i think. great to know now :/

if you do get it again and come back to this, im not sure if i hit X at all while trying to un-break it, so, just keymash your movement options
and for the record i leaned right not left, if it makes any difference

I will. So far didn't happen again. It's also possible that this actually isn't really a bug. Because what I have seen is that you can lean and then put your weapon away. And that exactly creates this behaviour. You then just take the weapon out and "unlean"

But I was pretty sure back then that my character isn't leaning. Anyway we will see

i might have tried to switch while leaning, mightve caused it for me
