Controller Support?

Am I missing something? My X-box controller inputs are not recognized by the game *at all*. The store page indicates limited support, not no support.

Any insights on this one?

For real, GSC. Optimization is already being pushed up by first mods (not like you don't have to fix it -- you do have to). But controller support is critical and much higher in priority, mods won't do anything in that regard. Part of the player base is literally blocked out of the game right now.

For some random reason, my controller works on one PC but not my other one. Playing that one through Gamepass. I also have a Steam Deck, a Legion Go and a copy of the game on Steam. The Deck doesn't work but the Legion Go does. Runs this game like garbage though, so it's worthless.

I think we'll have to wait for a patch to fix these issues, which is nuts for something so basic. It's as if they didn't test for controllers AT ALL.

Ps5 controller is useless and does nothing. Please fix it . its almost 2025 i shouldn't have to ask for controller support or use 3rd party apps. Not everyone uses xbox. Been using PS controllers for as long as i can remember.

My elite controllers aren't working either, maybe I'll try with dualsense.

well I have 2 controllers:
1 from flydigi-where no inputs are working,
2 from turtle beach-where the controller is working perfect!
why is that?

Try turning off Steaminput and use DS4

I have a Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra and Razor Wolverine Pro, and I managed to get them both working on both my PCs by enabling and disabling Steam Input. I tried doing that first thing yesterday and it didn't work. Maybe GSC quietly slipped an update in last night? Who knows. I can play with controllers now, so I'm happy.
