[SOLUTION] Compiling Shaders Crash
This worked perfectly for me.
Go to power settings on your pc, set the power option to 'Power Saver'
Restart the game, shaders should compile.
Big thanks to:

Control Panel - Power Option - set to “Power Saver”
I can't be sure but yeah. AMD here so I cant dive into helping much else.
A BIOS update helped me because there is probably a problem with the CPU, which runs too fast with an older version. I found the tip on Reddit and am happy that the tip was worth its weight in gold.
Grumpy aaaaaaahhhhhh

again, Increase nvidia shader cache to 10gb+
its helped plenty for most
its both.. Nvidia's handling of cache and 14th gen issues. For those who fixed it with 14th gen updates, still had crashing.. the cache increase helped them apparently.. when I had a 3090 I had to do it for some UE5 titles too.. so
Thanks It worked for me
