How to disable mouse smoothing?
Im playing on a PC, with mouse and keyboard, i dont need this kind of soy-soap
Is it possible to make camera moving the same speed as cursor in OS? Like in first trilogy, or any other oldschool game? It feels unplayable because of this...

Same problem here. Even with mouse sensitivity at 100% smoothing is still there...

do you have frame generation enabled? that can cause your mouse movement to feel sluggish.

Probably built for Xbox

Turning off fsr made it as smooth as possible for me

bEnableMouseSmoothing=False
bViewAccelerationEnabled=False

I found this in a different thread. Seems to work.

It ♥♥♥♥♥ up my sensitivity and changeing the "0,07" value or the value in the settings doesn't help :/

FSR 3 Frame Generation - off
It worked for me, but fps...

Open notepad. Paste this:

[/script/engine.inputsettings]
bEnableMouseSmoothing=False
bViewAccelerationEnabled=False
bDisableMouseAcceleration=False

Save file as Engine.ini

Place file in Users - Your name - AppData - Local - Stalker 2 - Saved - Config - Windows

The same location as GameUserSettings ini file

Edit: I don't take credit for this, not my solution. Check the guide on fps fixes it includes this.

Should it be "True" instead of "False"?
To disable acceleration?

I also wasn't sure on that here's the guide https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3369280920

I copied exactly what he put and when booting the game back up I had to drop my sens by half cause it was to high.

Edit: There's also nvidia low latency stuff and FG can introduce delay. So keep that in mind.

I don't think it's mouse smoothing it's high system latency. Idk if it's from the memory leak or what but it feels like you're controlling a truck in GTA 4. If you're on Nvidia while in game press ALT+R to bring up the overlay and it should tell you system latency. It sits in the high 60's for some reason playing this game.

If you use FluidMotion (or in-game FSR FrameGen) use low latency mode in AMD setting too, nVidia users can also use their low latency toggle
(Also turn this on after engine.ini and input.ini optimisations)
