Help - Controls flashing from Xbox to PC

I have Razer Synapse with a game pad & i turned off the app and unplugged the game pad and it still flashes when i move my mouse. I connected my Xbox controller directly and it dose not read it ether.
I disabled the controller options on steam to see if i can force use just keyboard & mouse, it still continues with the flashing. Any one have any idea what it can be? I have 0 issues with games that support both like space marine 2 were i simply Hard wire my PS5 controller and it works fine & if i move my mouse it overrides it.

This is a bad move on the dev's part; I've already filed a bug report (and you should as well) as it does the same with rudder pedals, and simply unplugging things is not a viable option.

The only solution is to physically disconnect any and all input devices that aren't a keyboard or mouse, and to do so before launching the game. If it's still doing it after that, it's probably something wierd Razer's software is doing, producing a virtual device the game reads as a gamepad.

Omg thank you im sure thats the issue, i play SC and have Virpil rudder peddles & flight stick connected, Completely forgot about that bro. I play Star citizen weekly so i never unplug it. Didn't even think of that being a issue as it never interferes with ANY games i play at all.

I returned just based off that.. unable to play and not going to be unplugging all my stuff to make a game work.. poor coding...

Yes i can conform, i can now play with out the flashing of xbox controls, razer game pad and razer synapse app work perfectly fine, thank god. I can use the app for keybinding and not have to change any inputs within the game itself., i highly recommend the app if you have razer products for anyone else

i just unplugged the back of my stick & rudders. it sucsk but im not gonna complain about a 5 second fix. But i do agree this shouldn't be a issue to star with. Luckily, virpil has a connection right behind the Stick & rudder so i dont have to unplug the USB itself. Not sure how your set up is.
