Flash light does next to nothing and turning the Brightness up to 100% just makes my screen white and doesnt help.

Watching streams of it its a completely different, i legit can't see anything.

I tried Increasing gamma, its not a Display issue or HDR (since i turned it off made no difference to darkness).
I have a 240hz oled monitor, its the only game that i am struggling to see in lol

It's by design, for the atmosphere

It is VERY dark when you turn on HDR. You need to turn the Gamma right up to around 60 (ignore the indicator images.)

Exclusive full screen with HDR brightness 60 fixed the issue for me.

Yeah this fixed it for me. Odd, HDR changes when in full-screen exclusive and bordless. Thanks!

Actually ignore my last comment. The brightness slider is the way to go

You would want to increase gamma.
Sounds like a display or HDR calibration issue.
