Says the guy whining over the fact I think the weapon durability system in the game is excessive.
I was able to get a military suit that's perfect condition off killing them in the very beginning of the game. - that's not something you can do in the originals.
In the originals dropped weapons typically had what you could call the yellow tier durability in this game. They did not drop in this games red tier 90% of the time which I find to be very annoying way of trying to balance the game.
If they wanted to balancing looting, then the best bet for the weapon mechanic would be to simply make guns value less to buy / sell and then ammo costs higher.
There's already mods for a lot of things that fill up this forum...
But carry on i guess...

I will say, that weird balancing mechanic just seems way over-tuned in a setting where things should not be degrading that fast.
It seems the game design is centered around, quantity over quality.
