Seriously, the LOD/Object Pop-in is possibly the worst I've ever seen
In any game. Does anyone know if there is any config file edits or anything that I can do to increase the render distance? I'm on full ultra settings right now, but walking around outside of the prologue is so terrible during the day because everything in the distance pops in and out. Its awfu.

I would gladly take a graphical downgrade or a hit to FPS to minimize the pop-in.

Besides that, I'm not having any issues, Atmosphere was one of the best aspects of the original trilogy and this KILLS the immersion for this game.

Same issue here, the performance is good enough that I would take a serious dip to get rid of the Pop-in and broken textures, I've seen people on youtube who don't really get this issue, so idk, maybe wait for drivers if you're on AMD. Just a curiosity, is your MP5 iron sight just a big block you can't see through?

Are you guys using the newest graphic drivers? Because never seen a single LOD Transfer or popin in the game. The viewdistance is crazy.

I was just thinking that. Someone released instructions a few years back on how to alter one of Subnautica's .ini files to increase LOD and decrease pop-in, and it works. The game looks great now, but modifying the file definitely decreases performance. I'm thinking that someone could probably do the same for Stalker 2.

Yeah the stutter is not that bad and the performance is good, hope there is a config file or a mod to fix the trees pop in.

Yeah watching a streamer play before I buy and the pop-in is really bugging me. It's the kind of thing I can't ignore unfortunately. Hopefully there's a fix because I want this to be good.

Sorry I meant enough for me, I have it locked at 63 fps with dlss framegen, epic settings @4k.

My sights are like this. I’ve tried playing with settings but no fix so far.

These settings worked for me. Try them out within the Engine.ini, might tank fps though.
