Performance is fine

I was worried when getting this game because of so many reviews complaining about performance issues.

It's just fine. Getting about 120fps on max settings and DLAA+framegen. smooth as butter

No it's not.

Assuming you are not lying, not everyone has your hardware. They literally stated what the requirements were and what to expect for them; and people are not getting those listed results with the suggested hardware or above.

Ergo; there is a performance issue.

It's also been acknowledged by the devs already as a problem that they are working on; so it's rather hard to deny the existence of an issue that they are already trying to fix.

I have a ryzen 9 3900x
Evga 3080 12g
64gb ram

This game was UNPLAYABLE but was on my laptop with a 4060 something wasnt right i couldnt even play with all my settings on low my fps was in the high 30s with a 3080… I decided to use DDU and completely uninstall my drivers and reinstall them from the nvidia website (not geforce now) Im now playing on high settings some ultra on 1440p with HDR on and im getting 70-120 fps steadily. I would drop whatever your doing and do this and at the end if I brought your trauma to an end lol throw me some love $MrXDRE

100% agree. Runs nicely and stable.
I guess most problems come from using of old CPUs and motherboards, this game needs stronger CPU than average game, at least strong modern 6core, but not a 6 years old. Middle class GPU is good enought for this, but lowends works too.

Ironically, it seems that STALKER 2 performance is better than STALKER GAMMA performance. When I tried maxing out everything at 4K in GAMMA I was apparently getting around 20-30 FPS.

what GPU? because you are gaslighting. just stop.

Epic (all) settings @ 4K with a 4070Ti Super, no gaslighting, game just works for me, wish it was for everyone

Yeah the game runs very bad, I'm on a 3070, ryzen 5800, 16gb ram. It's literally unplayable unless I set the game to low settings with DLSS on. I am playing 1440p ultrawide but even with DLSS on ULTRA PERFORMANCE mode (33% res scale) the game will only hold about 100fps for a minute and then tank down to the 20s. The game constantly has stutters on top of a very inconsistent frame rate that can last for seconds at a time very frequently. I even installed a performance tweak mod and it hasn't helped at all.
