White dots?
Anyone else see white dots in rads? I am not sure if my game or hardware or monitor is breaking or is that actually a feature in the game.

I think it's a feature unfortunately. I hate it.

Any other kind of distortion? I'm occasionally getting screen flashing and graphic smears. Is this because of the radiation area or UE5? Running Ryzen 7 7800X3D with ASUS RTX 4070 Super TI.

Feature, I noticed it too, but I was having it constantly. I forgot the artifact I found gave rads slowly.
Took that off and no more white dots.
I guess it's to warn you that ♥♥♥♥ is happening. I don't mind it.

It’s a visual aid to tell you’re being affected by radiation. It’s meant to happen.

It is meant to emulate the effect radiation has on cameras, where it overloads the CCD/CMOS sensors. Because you can't provide players with a realistic visual effect for radiation, they went with what radiation does to cameras. I'm not a huge fan either, but it'll probably be changed by a mod or another in a few weeks.
