Enemies respawning endlessly

It's me or the enemies just respawn in my back again and again if i walk just 30 meters ?

I found a spot where if I do a 360, theres another spawned soldier. It's quite annoying.

Yes, because the world is dead, not a single NPC is traveling around the world. The game stutters and 4 dudes appear shooting one dog then move off render distance. Been farming this respawn bug for the last 30min......cause i cant leave combat.

The devs are just trying to make us understand what they have been going through the past 2 years.

i thought id murder my way out of the sphere....i ran out of ammo. they just wouldn't stop.

yep or how you kill 20 npcs in the first town and new ones just keep spawning in endlessly...
