Stuck at Helping Mastiff (early quest)

Go into some underground place, kill some rats, rescue stalker, turn on this switch. But theres no exit? Feels like the switch was meant to do something. But otherwise I cant leave. (jump down to get inside, cant climb back up)

Anyone else?

the first hallway you enter, you got a fuse, in the hall there is a room you need to put the fuse in, then some magic happens :)

Did you get into the house to save Mastiff? I can't find a way in. Door is locked

Weird, door should be open, house wasnt locked, maybe youre in the wrong house?

The house next to it has an underground tunnel into mastiffs house

When I put the fuse in it just kind of floats away and then I don't have a fuse and it's not installed either... doors never open =/

Fuse on body, put fuse in, turn on switch, door at the place where you drop down opens.

Thank you!! I looted that shed before the mission because I roamed around a bit before going to the starter town.

Ya, I got the fuse, I get the prompt to put it in. When I do it kind of floats around my hand as he lifts it towards the wall socket, he whacks it once to lock it in place and then it disappears (it floats through the wall) and the game doesn't recognize that it was put in. Side quest, so not the end of the world but it's annoying. Hopefully I can come back to it later and it will work.

There are some bugs on this quest. I later chose to help the weird dude, he dies in the firefight. I save, reload and he "rises from the dead" like nothing happened
