Is the Pre Order Bonus a separate key?

Got my key from GMG but I didnt get the pre order bonuses, are they a separate key ive missed or do i need to contact support?

Not sure but their website still clearly states that the standard and deluxe come with the pre-order bonus and ultimate comes with everything the previous 2 have so I ought to have it as well. Still waiting on the download. You can check the website yourself I've got the screenshots but can't seem to post them here sadly lol. (It does not say that you have to pre-order just says it is included if I don't get it and many others I'm sure that's considered false advertisement)

You can check if the pre-order bonus is active just by "right click" on the game in your Steam library and then you can find the bonuses under the "DLC's" tab.

Doesnt show unfortunately.. but when ordered it said it would have pre order bonus

game keys are tied to specific steam sub, pre-order subs are different from post-launch subs, so it's normal to get only one key

pre-order sub has separate pre-order dlc you can see in your steam client, and it should say in a popup when you launch the game for the first time.

anyone able to work with GMG on they missing DLC key? They are outright denying there is a separate key and that the content should be in the game

Same - I got a banner saying thank you, but I don't have any indication of in-game items.

follow along the starting zones quests until you complete A needle in a haystack,you will then get a hint to Check your private stash this will lead you to the items

In my case -an order from Gamesplanet- the preorder was not a separate key to activate BUT it does show up separately in the DLC tab.
