I don't have a comparable GPU, really--4070 ti--but I do have the 5800x3D, and...
General gameplay is fine, if not exciting--just above or just under 60fps--but the npc heavy areas of the game dips well into the thirties. It is playable, and I'm really enjoying it, but I think this is the game to finally slay the beast that is the 5800x3D.

7900xt/7800x3d and get around 120fps at 1440p with XeSS quality on. There are some random fps drops and microstutters but it is definitely playable

9950X, 7900 XTX, 2x48GB, PopOS 22.04 (Kernel 6.9.3)

I like XeSS Balanced at 4K no FG (can't handle that lag in first person) using a mix of High and Epic ~ 70 to 100 FPS typically in the mid 80

It's perfectly smooth: One single stutter in about 3 hours of play and no crashes.

========================= FPS

AMD Driver reports 78.7 Average FPS
95th percentile is 14ms

Only option in driver I have enabled is Radeon anti-lag

In some places I have 90 or 100 FPS but at the worst I have seen 55, but that just seems to be in very specific town/city spots and when I pass those spots it goes up to 70+ again...
